Seriously the BEST Thai food in Tacoma. And the staff are SO nice. When they had to be take out only we ordered from them almost weekly but I'm so glad they're back to dine in. I love the ambiance inside.

I've lived across the street from this place for 5 years and always wanted and intended to try it. I did for the first time yesterday. Boy have I been missing out! We got the DanDan noodles with chicken, pineapple fried rice with prawns and the short ribs. Everything was delicious, fresh and generous portions. I can't wait to try out more.
I had an excellent experience at Silk Thai. My yellow curry chicken was the best I've ever had. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The decor really added to the experience and set a great atmosphere, I highly recommend, the service was top notch.
The atmosphere and decor was very nice. The food was very good..had the Cashew Chicken....but the spice rating of 3 was not very spicy.
This place is a total hidden gem. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the interior is really wildly decorated and the food is really good. I love that they have Chang and singha beer which can be hard to find in the US. Their menu is pretty typical Thai for us restaurants and they have all the hits. I found the wait staff to be really friendly and attentive. Over all I'd rate them Food 8/10 ambiance 9/10, service 10/10, price point 11/10! and an extra point because I love Chang beer. Definitely recommend if you're in Tacoma
I got the panang curry. It was good, but i was a little confused why there were a lot of green peas. It didn't add to the dish and I didn't like it in there. Also, would've preferred the curry to be a little thicker. Slightly watery for my liking. It took awhile for our food to come out. The service was good. And the restaurant is overall a bit dark.
I think I've been here three times in the last month and a half. That's quite a bit for me. I also keep ordering the same thing because it's delicious. I love their fresh spring rolls with tofu, the red curry with tofu, and the brown and sticky rice. The coconut sake is also fantastic! It's a very small place, but super nice inside. You definitely wouldn't know this at first glance being unassuming in a strip mall. I wish reservations were an option, but aside from that, the service is fantastic and every experience I have had has been stellar.
